In Memoriam – Prof. Häkan Gäbel

With deep regret, we inform that Prof. Häkan Gäbel passed away on June the 8^th, 2017.

Prof. Gäbel, a distinguished surgeon, worked at the Transplantation Surgery Department of the Huddinge Hospital (Sweden). 

He was Associate Professor of Surgery and National Transplant Coordinator of Sweden.

Prof. Gäbel has collaborated for many years as faculty of the “International Advanced Training Course of Transplant Coordination – TPM Courses”.

All the TPM family is very touched from losing a friend and a colleague.
