Tax benefits with every gift

If you are a taxpayer in Spain, your contribution may qualify for the tax benefits set out in Law 49/2002. On personal income tax (IRPF), you can deduct 80% of the first €250 and 40% of the rest. From the third consecutive year of donating an equal or greater amount, the deduction on the remainder rises from 40% to 45%.
