We are glad to share the latest initiative related to the COVID-19 pandemic situation! Thanks to our global network of collaborators we have created the IDOTCOVID registry (International Database on Organ Donation and Transplantation COVID-19) on behalf of the DTI Foundation, IDIBAPS from Hospital Clinic of Barcelona and IRODAT registry.

The IDOTCOVID is an open-access and available in real time to all collaborating centres to provide a global perspective towards the influence of COVID-19 on donation activity and transplant outcomes.

The present database tries to collect the demographic, clinical, analytical and therapeutic data of Solid Organ Transplant (SOT) recipients with COVID-19 to provide reliable information, and more importantly, a guide for the management of this population.

A major goal of the IDOTCOVID is the machine learning algorithm to assist the decision making process regarding the treatment alternatives and expected outcomes according to the different approaches worldwide.
