Hemos estado trabajando para apoyar la implementaci\u00f3n y mejora del <strong>programa de trasplante de ri\u00f1\u00f3n<\/strong> del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Durante su visita, desarrollaron protocolos nacionales estandarizados para el trasplante de ri\u00f1\u00f3n y elaboraron una pol\u00edtica para regular la lista de espera y la asignaci\u00f3n de \u00f3rganos. Estas iniciativas fueron desarrolladas en colaboraci\u00f3n con la <strong>Human Organ And Tissue Transplant Agency<\/strong><strong>\u00a0(HOATTA)<\/strong> y profesionales de la salud de departamentos clave en la \u00a0<strong>Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, llevaron a cabo una evaluaci\u00f3n integral del programa y generaron un informe para fortalecer el programa de trasplante de ri\u00f1\u00f3n existente.<\/p>\n<p>Esta iniciativa tiene como objetivo mejorar el sistema de salud de Guyana haciendo que los procedimientos de trasplante sean m\u00e1s accesibles y asequibles, reduciendo la necesidad de asistencia m\u00e9dica internacional. DTI est\u00e1 comprometida a ayudar al pa\u00eds a desarrollar un sistema sostenible que empodere a los proveedores locales de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y salve m\u00e1s vidas.<\/p>\n<div
