Viajaron a Barcelona para explorar y conocer el sistema espa\u00f1ol de donaci\u00f3n de \u00f3rganos.<br \/>\nDurante su estancia, tuvieron el privilegio de visitar algunas de las instituciones m\u00e1s prestigiosas en el campo de la donaci\u00f3n y el trasplante de \u00f3rganos, como la OCATT, y observar los procesos de la organizaci\u00f3n de obtenci\u00f3n de \u00f3rganos y tejidos de Catalu\u00f1a. Terminaron de visitar el Banc de Sang i Teixits (BST).<br \/>\nDurante su visita al Hospital Cl\u00ednico, visitaron la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Trasplantes con el Dr. David Paredes. Tambi\u00e9n tuvieron la oportunidad de conocer m\u00e1s sobre los diversos programas de trasplantes que realiza el hospital as\u00ed como el Centro de Diagn\u00f3stico Biom\u00e9dico (CDB) y el laboratorio de inmunolog\u00eda con el Dr. Eduard Palou ubicado en el Hospital Cl\u00ednic. En su \u00faltimo d\u00eda visitaron la Unidad de Coordinaci\u00f3n de Trasplantes del Hospital Germans Tries i Pujol. Aqu\u00ed se les inform\u00f3 sobre las labores de coordinaci\u00f3n explicadas por la Dra. Bel\u00e9n Garc\u00e9s, la Dra. Pilar Robert y la Lic. Consuelo Villanueva<br \/>\nEstas colaboraciones son clave para fortalecer los sistemas de salud en todo el mundo. La visita de Dra. Shanti Singh y Daniel Albrecht a Barcelona prometen traer de vuelta conocimientos y experiencia que beneficiar\u00e1n la pr\u00e1ctica de trasplante de \u00f3rganos en Guayana.
