Es basa en la metodologia de formaci\u00f3 de Transplant Procurement Management (TPM) que reuneix experts internacionals altament qualificats per garantir l’intercanvi de les millors pr\u00e0ctiques entre la comunitat global de professionals de la salut. La primera edici\u00f3 del Manual TPM es va imprimir l’any 2001, amb actualitzacions cont\u00ednues reflectides en successives edicions i versions e-pub que garanteixen la revisi\u00f3 de la informaci\u00f3 de manera constant.<\/p>\n

El Manual TPM incorpora les \u00faltimes novetats sobre el proc\u00e9s de donaci\u00f3 i trasplantament. Es centra en els principals aspectes, deures i responsabilitats professionals del Transplant Procurement Manager en donaci\u00f3 en vida i cadav\u00e9rica (des de la detecci\u00f3 de donants, avaluaci\u00f3, diagn\u00f2stic de mort cerebral, gesti\u00f3, avaluaci\u00f3, entrevista familiar, obtenci\u00f3 d’\u00f2rgans i assignaci\u00f3), banc de teixits. , estructura organitzativa nacional, gesti\u00f3 d’unitats, \u00e8tica i legislaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n

La 4a edici\u00f3 del Manual TPM es va publicar l\u2019any 2020.
